The Second First Time Cooking Also OKAY we added a location
It's the first time that Ignis has felt some sort of hope since his world turned to darkness. Noctis is no longer avoiding him. A simple little fact that makes him hope that maybe, somehow, he can figure out how to not be utterly useless.
Which he hadn't been, in the end. That gives him hope, too. It also gives him an itch that he hasn't had in weeks, one so bad that it's almost unbearable. He has no idea how to scratch it, having always needed his sight for it. This is also potentially the last chance he'll have in a while while they stay in this Caravan in Cartanica. There's no guarantee there will be another place.
As he contemplates this--sitting in one of the chairs--he hears Noctis's footsteps--he knows all of them by the way they walk, now--and knows exactly how he can make it happen.
"Noct, mind if I bother you for a spell?" Ignis keeps his voice mostly even, but there's a bit of that spark that has been missing for the last couple of weeks in it.
